Mahotsava has always marched to the beat of his own drum. One of the very first oxen ever born in Krishna Valley, he grew up alongside his lifelong partner Vikrama, forming one of the farm's earliest working teams. While others may hurry and rush, Mahotsava prefers to move at his own pace, following his own rhythm and timetable. Once he has decided how fast the day should go, there is very little anyone can do to change his mind! Calm, thoughtful, and often appearing lost in his own world, he has a unique charm that makes him impossible not to love. Throughout his working years, Mahotsava faithfully carried out his duties in his own special way, teaching everyone around him an important lesson: sometimes life is best enjoyed one unhurried step at a time.
